Heritage Health - Elgin was purchased by Heritage Enterprises in 1989. Heritage has added a therapy room, dining room, and kitchen. Our facility specializes in our Rehab-to-Home program (Medicare therapy services) as well as long-term care with a 94-resident capacity.

Heritage Health - Elgin provides Medicare and Medicaid services, as well as respite and hospice care. We are very proactive in restorative programs, which includes our Walk-and-Dine Program. We are also particularly proud of our extremely low staff turnover. For residents, this means they can rely on an experienced, consistent team of professionals on each wing and on each shift.
