The Pavilion's team of doctors, nurses, dieticians, therapists and social workers pride themselves in creating the finest specialized care plans that offers our residents the greatest opportunity to achieve optimum independence and quality of life.

The Pavilion's rehabilitation programs and skilled nursing services include Short-term rehabilitation, long term care, respite care and in-patient hospice care. We also offer physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy. Our interdisciplinary team approach is a coordinated effort involving nursing, rehabilitation services, nutritional counseling, social services and recreational activities for the well-being of all residents.
