Only individuals with a diagnosis of dementia or other memory impairments are considered for admission. The Wellstead is residential in appearance and function. All four stages of dementia and Alzheimer's care are provided at this campus, which also includes hospice care.

We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide our residents and the attention we give to family members. Our direct care staff includes RNs, LPNs, TMAs and Registered Nursing Assistants. A Registered Nurse is on staff seven days a week. Our program staff focuses on life skills and retained abilities by keeping residents active through daily purposeful involvement.

At The Wellstead, your loved one will feel at home, with features such as cozy fireplaces, beautiful oak woodwork andfortable furnishings. Private and companion resident suites feature showers, heated floors (in-floor heating) and individually controlled heating and cooling.
