We are a 52 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located approximately one hour east of Kansas City in the ruralmunity of Holden, Missouri. Our home may be small but we have huge hearts. We offer a home-like atmosphere and our wonderful caring staff strive to provide the best possible care to our residents, all day, every day. We are always looking for new friends to join our family and hope you will consider us as you search for that "home away from home," whether it is for a short visit or an extended stay.
