Brookdale Paramus, formerly Emeritus at Paramus, is located on Paramus Road between Route 4 and Century Road. This property gives us the ability to take our residents on day trips to museums, restaurants, shopping and local parks. Themunity is easily accessible from Route 17, Route 4 or the Garden State Parkway.
Brookdale Paramus is nestled among beautifully landscaped grounds yet it is conveniently located near shopping malls, restaurants and parks. Regular transportation is provided and residents are encouraged to remain active in the local community.
A Wonderful Selection
Brookdale offers a wide range of senior apartment styles to cater to each individual need. Our residents have a choice of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Each room has a kitchenette, private bathroom, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, wall to wall carpeting and a 24 hour emergency response system. Our community has 120 senior apartments distributed on three floors. Each floor has common areas for our residents to enjoy. Whether dining with friends in the dining room, relaxing with a good book in the library, kicking back in the TV room, taking in fresh air on our back patio or strolling with friends along the walking paths in the courtyard, it gives residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know on another and enjoy each other’s company. Each day in Emeritus at Paramus, our residents live life to the fullest and enjoy all that our community has to offer.
Strong, Caring Relationships
We nurture strong relationships with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers. Through the communications and relationships that we share with key staff within these affiliations, we provide seamless continuum of care for our residents. We also have relationships with local doctors, podiatrists, eye doctors, physical therapists and other health care practitioners that make regular visits to our community.
Our Staff
The community’s staff is comprised of professionals that have tenures as long as our building as been open. Emeritus at Paramus has been selective when choosing who will make up our management team to serve its residents which are only those with the heart of a servant and longevity as a goal are accepted into this family.
