A 20 bed wing is dedicated to private pay and private insurance priced at some of the most reasonable rates in the county. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA contracts and private insurance.

Autumn Care of Drexel provides physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and restorative nursing. We can meet all your rehabilitation needs. Skilled nursing is provided 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Our nursing staff provides care at all levels to assure that your medical needs are met. We aremitted to providing that care in a gentle, dignified manner.

We believe that admissions to this facility should be based solely on the need for the type of care provided here, an environment which is safe and healthful for the particular needs of residents,  the availability of accommodations and our ability to meet the level of care which is required.

We are proud that nearly 40% of our admissions return home. Our therapy professionals are dedicated to helping you reach the strength and personal care goals you will need to safely make the transition back to your home. In addition the facility has a strong administrative staff. These professionals provide social services, nursing care, therapeutic recreation, dietary consultation, maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and therapy services. Transportation to medical appointments is also provided in a handicapped equipped van.
