Smoky Mountain Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is a beautiful new facility located in the Smoky Mountain setting of Waynesville, NC. We are a smoke-free campus, specializing in short-term rehabilitation. This 50 bed facility has 18 private rooms in addition the semi-private rooms. Our rehabilitation department has state of the art equipment to enhance the quality of care and assist with achieving their rehab goals.

Here at Smoky Mountain Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center we offer 24-hourprehensive nursing care. Our nursing staff uses an interdisciplinary team approach to provide the highest quality of care. We recognize the individual needs of each resident and provide a specialized plan of care that enables our residents to achieve the maximum level of recovery and functioning possible. Discharge teaching begins from the time of admission and continues throughout the course of recovery. Smoky Mountain Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center offers that special touch. Our luxurious accommodations include both semi-private and private rooms all with private baths.
