Brookdale Lakeview Crossing, formerly Emeritus at Lakeview, is an assisted livingmunity near Columbus, Ohio. We also offer Alzheimer’s care for seniors. Nestled between businesses and residences, we are located only minutes from Ohio’s capital city, making it far enough away to be out of the bustle and noise yet close enough for convenience.
Brookdale Lakeview Crossing is located in a quiet neighborhood with scenic views from every window and room. The building is light and cheery. Our residents have enjoyed outings to local attractions such as Slate Run Park, COSI, Columbus Zoo and Buckeye Lake.
A Wonderful Selection
Brookdale Lakeview Crossing has three choices to offer for room size. Our apartment selections are ideal for individuals, couples and companions. You can retire peacefully to your apartment and then join in entertainment and socialization in our dining room and commons areas.
Our community provides 130 apartments for both Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood. We have an on site Beauty Salon, billiard tables and a laundry room on every floor.
Strong, Caring, Professional Relationships
We nurture strong relationships with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers such as Mt. Carmel Hospital System, Ohio Health Hospital System, Altercare Rehabilitation, Winchester Place and Pickerington Rehabilitation. Through the communications and relationships that we share with key staff within these affiliations, we provide seamless continuum of care for our residents

We are members of the Groveport Chamber of Commerce. The community is very involved with the Columbus Alzheimer’s association as we participate in and sponsor Alzheimer events. As a resource for the general public, we offer many free educational programs related to aging.
Fine Dining
Three homemade meals are served each day. We offer a restaurant style atmosphere so that residents can enjoy conversation with the company at their table while enjoying a satisfying culinary affair.
