Assisted Living at The Chateau of Lawton is designed for residents requiring a flexible range of assistance with their everyday living. We offer just the right amount of help to meet individual needs.
We are proud to offer a residential setting offering a medical-model service package. Our apartments offer individualized heating and cooling controls and kitchenettes complete with a microwave and refrigerator.
- Three delicious meals and snacks are served restaurant style each day.
- Residents are offered a variety of choices at each meal. Families and friends are invited to dine with the residents and may reserve a private dining room for birthdays, anniversaries or any other special occasion
- Administration of medication is available
- Daily housekeeping and linen services are provided
- Daily activities are offered. Families are invited to share life experiences with the resident by participating in the social programs
- A licensed nurse and an interdisciplinary team develop the individualized plan of care. This customized plan of care is updated regularly to accommodate any changes in health or personal needs
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy services are provided on site
- A full service beauty/barber shop is located on-site
Respite And Short Stay Programs
Caring for an elderly loved one places a tremendous physical and emotional burden upon spouses and family members. The Chateau of Lawton offers a short-stay program to provide temporary care so that care-givers can take time off to rest, vacation or tend to necessary business.
The respite and short term stay program offer senior adults the opportunity to try the assisted living community without a long-term commitment, or to give family members a rest from the responsibilities of care giving.
Our staff will assess each guest and develop a personal care service plan to meet their needs and preferences. They can select a furnished or unfurnished apartment to suit their tastes and can enjoy all the services, amenities and programs offered.

Personal Care Assessment and Service Plan
Initial evaluation upon move-in and regular monitoring regarding health issues by licensed healthcare professionals, that promotes care and the identification of each resident's personal needs. Evaluations are performed at initial move-in, 14 days after move-in, anytime due to a significant change, and annually.
Observations by our trained professional staff along with the service plan provide opportunity for detection of potential risks such as falls, medication management, nutrition concerns, behaviors etc.
This method helps identify risks, case analysis and service improvement plans that focus on improving health. Our care team of licensed and registered healthcare professionals join together to enhance the resident's quality of care and reduce risk by addressing each care issue separately.
