At Golden LivingCenter – Salem, we providepassionate skilled nursing care in an environment that maximizes individuality and freedom of choice. Salem is a skilled nursing facility located in Salem, S.D. We provide long-term nursing care as well as short-term rehabilitation therapy for those recovering from an illness, injury or surgery. Our residents are invited to enjoy our enclosed patio with a gazebo, as well as a variety of daily activities. We are also proud to have a large group of volunteers who visit the facility and provide activities for our residents.
