Crescent Villa offers ie-subsidized apartment living with the companionship of caring neighbors and staff in a relaxed, homelike environment. Designed to accommodate seniors, each apartment comes furnished with all major appliances, carpeting and window coverings. Utilities are paid, not including telephone or cable.
Residents can enjoy a private apartment furnished with their own belongings and the ease of maintenance-free living. Friends and neighbors are close at hand in our smoke-free, 40-unit complex. Pets are welcome based on management approval.
The apartments are open for rental to individuals living on a limited income. Rental assistance is available for qualified individuals. The Crescent Villa manager will help you determine if your household meets the guidelines for assistance. Handicap-accessible units are available.
