At Brookdale Lake Brazos we have created the most personalized interaction with our residents, not only in their care and fee schedules, but in their activities as well. We provide individual choices in social, physical, mental, spiritual, cultural and creative outlets.

Both visitors and residents enjoy our close proximity to local attractions such as Baylor University events, the Dr. Pepper museum, the Carlene Bright’s arboretum, the Cameron Park Zoo, Miss Nellie’s Pretty Place, the Texas Ranger hall of fame, the sports hall of fame, the Waco suspension bridge, and the newly opened Waco mammoth site. Also, we hold holiday events at every opportunity, which are open to professionals, prospective residents, current residents, employees and all their families.

Partnering with the Local Community

At Brookdale Lake Brazos, host a variety of events to benefit both our residents and our area professionals as well. We continuously provide support groups of various types, host holiday parties for which our residents invite their family and friends, and participate in such things as bean bag baseball tournaments and volleyball tournaments with surrounding retirement communities housing seniors. Furthermore, we partner with other agencies who provide services for seniors by offering varied CEU-credit luncheons, networking luncheons, seminars and informational discussions, and in-house training in our beautiful continuing care retirement community.

We are proud to say that we are active in many ways within the greater community and host a large variety of public events monthly.

Fine Dining

We provide three hot meals daily served restaurant-style in our luxurious dining room with entree and dessert choices available for variety, as well as nutritious snacks throughout the day.

At Brookdale Lake Brazos, we help seniors meet their financial needs by partnering with several senior financial solution providers and by developing special programs.
