Canyon Rim Care Center is located on the upper East benches of Salt Lake City, surrounded by the Wasatch Mountains. Our 79 rooms offer fortable, spacious, 24-hour skilled nursing care. We have an award winning therapy team, bright spacious care units, restaurant style dining, hair salon, nail salon, monthly activities outside the facility.
